No, everything else we do is virtual so this event is designed to be in-person only and workshop style.

A couple of good hotel options nearby are:
- Blackrock - a brand new hotel with a full restaurant and bar, shuttles to the resorts and apartment style hotel rooms if desired. Rates: $159-299 for standard hotel room to 2 BR Suite. (6 min drive)
- Sheraton Park City $290-$475 for a standard hotel room to 1 BR Jr. Suite. (18 min drive, in Park City)
- We can accommodate one name change per ticket up to the event date.
- Full refunds minus credit card fees (~$25) can be given before February 27th.
- 50% refunds can be given before March 27th.
- No refunds after March 27th, except for a positive Covid PCR test within 5 days of the event.
In Park City, you can ski and snowboard at Park City Mountain if it is still open. It has a tentative closing date of April 16th but will remain open if there is snow and this year has been a plentiful snow year! Deer Valley will be closed and does not allow snowboarders.
